| Averaging 20 - 24 miles a week pleasure
riding, I'm a stubborn rider who is not easily convinced
that there was a more comfortable seat than what I was using.
Now I know there is one. I was impressed with the Spiderflex's
great shock system and unique seat design which eliminates
all pressure. |
After
some prostate problems a 10 mile mountain ride was almost
impossible,
I thought my riding days were over. I tried the Spiderflex
and happy to say I am back up to 12 miles a day. It works

I've been cycling for 40 some years
and I've been waiting all
this time for someone to finally get this bi-cycle seat
design thing
right. I've tried them all form splits to spongies and
I have to say

| This is a folding
bike... it has no shocks... there was no flex in
the seat. A small bump felt like a giant pothole! My butt
went numb
from a 1 hour bike ride.
Enter Spiderflex... what a great solution to my sore-bum
problem.
It adds a tremendous amount of shock to my bike, and I can
ride for hours with out getting the bruising.
I love my Spiderflex seat!

I had never really
heard of an ergonomic bicycle seat
until I started searching the web and happend upon Spiderflex...
and WOW this was cool! It not only was intelligent, but well
made, very stylish, and just the right amount of nice touches
like the spider web embossed onto the
seat and the spider on the back shock
absorber. Great customer service too!

Thank you! What a great product! I have a whole collection of bike seats that were suppose to eliminate pressure on the prostate. None worked well. As soon as I installed the Spiderflex seat I went for the first comfortable ride I have gone on in several years. I thought I was going to have to give up bike riding but the Spiderflex seat has changed that |
You have got to be kidding me! I just opened the package that arrived, slapped the Spiderflex seat on the mountain bike I haven't ridden in 6 years because of the pain it was causing me, and jumped on. You have got to be kidding me! Haha! This is great! I can ride my bike again. I can't believe a product this good is relatively obscure. Well, gotta go... Years of riding to make up.

50-80 miles per week on my Spiderflex. I have yet to have
a
'sore bum!' I have also ridden most of the Century rides,
100 miles, I've
ridden on the Spiderflex and no problems. This saddle has
essentially 'made'
cycling for me. I've let countless other riders try-it-out
on rides i've
been on. Everyone is always impressed. Great product! |
In early August
I rode my bike 26 miles on one weekend, and 36 miles on another
weekend. After that I thought I was going to have to give up biking
because it really hurt my prostrate.
I did an internet search and found the Spiderflex bike seat.
It looked the best to me of all the bicycle seats that I
looked at. I no longer have any prostrate pain or problems. I have been
riding about ten miles at a time with great results from
the Spiderflex.

Absolutely
the best seat I have tried. I have been commuting to work
for 9 years, approx. distance is 20 miles per day. I have
tried various other seats, nothing compares to the comfort
of the Spiderflex. I will not give the Spiderflex up. |

The Spiderflex Bike Seat is my dream come true. I can now cycle with no "butt
pain"....no pain at the beginning of the season and no pain on
long rides. I used the Spiderflex Bike Seat for my recent cycling trip to
Australia and after 600 miles, there was still no pain at all.

Having had back problems in the past,
I was skeptical that this new seat would be comfortable.
After trying it I was amazed, the unique design and suspension
system provided the comfort and stability that I needed.

of the saddle was a snap, I' ve got it in the "upright riding" position
and find it very comfortable. The center relief on the saddle
has eliminated any discomfort after a long ride and I find
I can apply more power down to the pedals with the Spiderflex
as opposed to my previous seat. The heat and humidity here
in Florida creates a lot of sweat when riding but the increased
air flow on the Spiderflex is great ! I think you have an
excellent product, well made and designed. Thanks for making
my rides more comfortable and efficient !! |

really like my Spiderflex seat! After taking a couple of
test rides and finding the right adjustment for my seat,
I found my Spiderflex to be really comfortable. It’s
also durable and nicely made. I liked it so much, I ordered
another seat for my other bike!

I have just finished
a 400 km bicycle trip on the Kettle Valley Railway (in south
central B.C.) and there are not enough words to describe
how great my Spiderflex seat performed. My riding partner
used a traditional saddle with a horn and he is still experiencing
numbness from contact with his seat. |

It took three minor adjustments to alter the tilt angle, as you suggested,
to meet my specific needs. I would not be without my Spiderflex. It is gratifying
not to have to keep moving on the saddle to achieve comfort. It is there straight

was thinking about giving up cycling before I found Spiderflex.
The
change the seat makes is nothing short of amazing! I'm still a fat,
slow cyclist, but now I'm also a comfortable one (and that is having
remedial effects on the "fat" and "slow", too). I've
just come back
from a 24 mile ride, with no pain at all, and have a 50 and a 100 mile
charity ride lined up later in the year which Spiderflex will make

I
quit riding bicycles about 20 years ago due to chronic prostatitis
problems caused by pressure from the horn on the bicycle
saddle. I saw a newspaper
article on problems caused by bike saddles, including prostatitis,
and some seats that were available to deal with the problems.
After I got the saddle,
I bought an inexpensive 'hybrid'
bicycle and started riding. No problems. I I rode 6 miles
the first evening and then 13 and then 26 over the next few
days.
No problems. I began riding regularly and really enjoy
it.

good to ride the bike again. I went thru prostate surgery
several months ago and went numb almost immediatly when I
rode the bike. Your saddle took care of that problem. Thanks

Hey! How have you been? Well, I love my seat so much, I got a second one for my other bicycle. I got tired of switching seats back and forth. I have an Electra beach cruiser with a big "delivery" basket in front. I ride it to work and around town to the market and such. The other is a Trek 21 speed that I ride along the bike trail on weekends. Usually 30 miles or so. Without my new Spiderflex seat I was lucky to stand 10 miles! I park my bike out in front of my office and someone is always leaving a note asking about my seat. Hope all is well out your way.

I received the seat on the 1st and must say it's amazing, I fitted it on the day I received it with the intention of going for a small half hour ride to test it out, eventually returned home after 2½ hours with no pains what-so-ever and that's coming from someone who used to suffer cycling the 500 yards to the local shop and back.

I ordered and received a new Spiderflex saddle about a month ago. I just wanted to write and tell you that I’m amazed at the comfort. Literally every time I ride the bike I thank you for the product. It make me wonder why every commuter and rec rider isn’t on one of these saddles.

I've had the opportunity to ride about 20 miles on my new Spiderflex seat. I am very happy. I had thought that there might be a break in period to adjust but it is not the case. I am riding comfortably. I know this because I have a lower back condition that bothers me if I am not. The only thing that is missing is the irritation from riding on a regular seat. I've got to tell you that I am really impressed with the design both visually and structurally. The artwork is a really nice touch. It takes your product to a different level. CONGRATULATIONS.

I just got back from a 30 mile ride on the Spiderflex seat and after some initial adjustments, am happy to say that I got home without the usual pain, swelling and numbness. I wanted to congratulate you all on a great product.

Being a big guy with a big soft seat (and no space between my legs for a seat) I was still expecting the Spiderflex would be too small (or something) to be comfortable. It looks smaller on the website pictures. And I was worried if it would be too soft or too hard, but it turned out just right. Sounds like porridge, yes?
I even tried adding a gel seat to it to see if it could improve to comfort. It didn't. It lost the cradleing effect which I'm feeling, accepting and coming to enjoy. I've had the Spiderflex for two days and already I've pedaled further (on a mag trainer) than I had in several years. I didn't think I could get my damaged hips and knees to work this hard again. They seem to be doing ok as long as my weight is on the seat. I used to always be shifting awkwardly and tightening something due to the discomfort.
As I mentioned, there is no space between my legs for a seat. The spiderflex seat lets me keep my legs together squared off
above the pedals. Much more ergonomic. And with my weight on the seat I can already start to feel the comfortable circular motion of pedaling rather than the "stepping on it".
